Open streets ICT
Douglas Avenue came alive this past weekend as thousands took to the streets on two wheels and on foot for the annual Open Streets ICT celebration. From Delano to College Hill, four full miles were closed off to motorized traffic, filled with music, food trucks, street artists, and community organizations.
The event continues to be one of the crown jewel community gatherings in Wichita, celebrating walkability, public health, and local vibrancy.
